Before this, a freehold terraced house on Chuan Terrace, with a land area of 5,159 sq ft, was sold for $5.5 million, or a land rate of $1,066 psf, on March 28.
With its 5,553 sq ft land area, Ker points out that the property on offer occupies one of the larger plots in Serangoon Garden Estate, making it particularly suited for housing growing or multi-generational families. Additionally, the estate is within a 1km radius of several reputable schools, including CHIJ Our Lady of Good Counsel on Burghley Road, Rosyth School on Serangoon North Avenue 4, and Zhonghua Primary School on Serangoon Avenue 4.
